The Crypto Assets Control team monitors the reputation of the company and conducts regular system security checks. Team members have detected a company mimicking ours and engaging in illegal suspicious activity. This company uses our logo and information published on the official website to conduct fraudulent activities allegedly on our behalf.

Our team has received information about such unfair actions on the part of a scammer using our logo. Their goal is to gain the trust of our clients by fraudulently offering identical services and information. It is worth considering that if you use the services presented by the “fake”, you are putting your personal data at risk, as such information may be stolen, including money, by the fraudsters. Conducting any transaction with “fake” agents poses a direct threat.

In order to protect your rights and interests and not get caught in the net of scammers, study our rules. Remember that Crypto Assets Control is an international and self-regulatory organization that follows the following principles:

• We do not charge any additional fees for settlement services in the crypto sphere. All clients of our member-brokers can apply for investigation on a chargeless basis.
• We can guarantee safe cooperation only with our certified brokers. Be certain to review the “Our Members” list as only brokers on it are verified.
• We do not try to make any contact with you if you have not previously contacted us. If you receive a “cold” email or call, it could be a scammer pretending to be us.
• We do not accept dispute resolution requests submitted by all means. The only acceptable option is to fill out a special form on our website.

If you contact us by email or fill out a form on the website, we will contact you from an official source. If you receive a letter from another email claiming to be Crypto Assets Control, do not respond to such a message under any circumstances. Report this incident to officials at info@cryptoassetscontrol.com. Do not provide any information to scammers to protect your interests from the fake organization.
