File a Complaint

First of all, a party who intends to open a dispute with its financial provider (broker) undertakes to file a complaint with the latter directly. If the broker has not provided a response or any clarification after 14 days from the date of filing, the Commission undertakes to take into account the complaint submitted in accordance with all requirements.

    Be sure to enter all the required information and that all data is relevant. If at least one point is missed or false facts are submitted, the Commission has the right to refuse to accept or consider the complaint.

    Disclose all the information in as much detail as possible and provide relevant documents confirming your statements to Crypto Assets Control. The criteria described above affect the time frame for considering a complaint and making a final decision.

    Please note that filling out this form on the official website is the only way to file a complaint. Representatives of Crypto Assets Control do not request login or password for the personal account. Attach all files to support your claims.
