Dispute Resolution Services
- If the client faces unfair treatment, they should reach out to the relevant broker. If said mistreatment continues, they will be able to contact Crypto Assets Control and file a complaint.
- Crypto Assets Control has up to 5 days to analyse the complaint received from the client.
- Crypto Assets Control has the legal right to gather all information, including documents both from the client and the broker, to utilize in the dispute resolution for a fair outcome.

Compensation Fund
- In case the outcome does not satisfy the broker and they do not comply with the Crypto Assets Control, the latter will pay out the insured amount to the client.
- Financial compensation is possible only if the dispute was acknowledged by the Crypto Assets Control, and a specially assigned employee made that decision.
- In a situation when the amount of financial compensation surpasses the maximum amount the Crypto Assets Control has set, it is equally shared by the applicants.
