Dispute Resolution Services
If the client faces unfair treatment, they should reach out to the relevant broker. If said mistreatment continues, they will be able to contact Crypto Assets Control and file a complaint.
Crypto Assets Control has up to 5 days to analyse the complaint received from the client.
Crypto Assets Control has the legal right to gather all information, including documents both from the client and the broker, to utilize in the dispute resolution for a fair outcome.
Compensation Fund
In case the outcome does not satisfy the broker and they do not comply with the Crypto Assets Control, the latter will pay out the insured amount to the client.
Financial compensation is possible only if the dispute was acknowledged by the Crypto Assets Control, and a specially assigned employee made that decision.
In a situation when the amount of financial compensation surpasses the maximum amount the Crypto Assets Control has set, it is equally shared by the applicants.
